How to pay for your order:

TRANSFER TO THE ACCOUNT

After placing the order, please wait for the documents for the bank transfer to be sent to your email box. The account number for the transfer is IBAN CZ4455000000000100353778, SWIFT / BIC RZBCCZPP, Raiffeisen Bank. Please do not forget to enter your order number as a variable symbol. This is the only way we can ensure that your package gets to you as quickly as possible.

The bank transfer fee is payable in full by the buyer.

Online card- This is currently not possible

Pay conveniently and securely with an online card or with a transfer via the GoPay payment gateway. This payment method is FREE for all orders.

When will you receive your order:

Transport company: Zasilkovna, DHL or Hermes

We send the ordered goods via DHL or Hermes. Before the shipment is delivered, the courier will contact you to verify the time and place of delivery. A second, repeated delivery is included in the transport price.

In the event that you do not accept the shipment at the agreed time, you can arrange with the courier to deliver the shipment to any parcel shop, where you can pick up the shipment at any time.

The transport costs are

Germany / Austria € 9.

Other EU countries and Switzerland 15 €

Countries outside the EU 20 €

The packaging is always FREE.
